Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we get most about bagasse packaging, orders and delivery.
What are the products made of?
Sugarcane bagasse — the fibre left after the juice is pressed from the cane. It is an agricultural residue moulded under pressure, with no plastic added in the bagasse line.
Are they genuinely biodegradable?
Yes. Being plant fibre, they break down far faster than plastic or polystyrene. Actual time depends on composting conditions: temperature, moisture and microbial activity.
Do they work for hot and cold food?
Yes. The bagasse line is designed to handle both cold and heat, and holds up to grease and liquids better than uncoated paperboard.
Do you sell by the piece or by the box?
By the full box. Each product lists how many pieces the box holds and how it is packed inside (the sleeve). A 10" round plate, for example, comes in boxes of 500 pieces, packed 25 × 20.
Where can I see dimensions and weight?
On every product page. We publish box dimensions in centimetres and inches, loaded box weight, CBM volume and weight per piece, so you can plan storage and freight.
What is the minimum order?
One box per item. For larger volumes and wholesale pricing, message us on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver outside Managua?
Yes, we arrange nationwide delivery. Shipping cost depends on volume and destination and is confirmed with your quote.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp telling us which product interests you and what kind of business you run, and we will arrange it.
